The Bristol Bloodhound was a Surface to Air Missile (SAM) of the Cold War era. It was designed to cope with Soviet bombers at long range, and the Bloodhound System was an integral part of UKADGE (UK Air Defence Ground Environment).
The Bloodhound was operated by Great Britain (Mk1 and Mk2) Australia (Mk1) Singapore (Mk2) Sweden (Mk1 and Mk2) and Switzerland (Mk2).
